Writing Workbook for the New SAT

The totally restructured SAT college entrance exam that became effective in 2005 includes an entirely new and very important Writing Test, which consists of two main parts. First is a 25-minute period during which students must write an essay on a given topic. Later, students must answer multiple-choice questions that test their skill in correcting poorly-written sentences, finding mistakes in grammar and usage, and correcting mistakes in the first-draft version of a student essay. This manual familiarizes students with all aspects of the SAT Writing Test and presents review chapters and questions with answers that are designed to hone test-takers' skills. TOEFL Listening Practice (Audio CD)

This audio CD is an excellent tool for any and everyone getting ready for and aiming at the TOEFL test. It provides both trainers and students working on their own with a wide and extensive range of listening material typically found in the listening section of the TOEFL test.
Some of those preparing for international exams such as the TOEFL need extra practice for the listening section and it is not that easy to find supplementary material focusing on that specific aspect. As an experienced trainer in the corporate and academic (international exams) world, I strongly recommend this as very good supplementary material, for TOEFL preparation or even for those interested in improving their listening skills in American English.
However, I should say that the reason why I gave it 4 stars and not 5 is because it does not come with any scripts or accompanying exercises, which would definitely optimize the recorded material and its results. Therefore, trainers should develop their own activities in order to maximise results.

Test and Score Manual

The purpose of the Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) is to evaluate the English proficiency of people whose native language is not English. The test was initially developed to measure the English proficiency of international students wishing to study at colleges and universities in the United States and Canada, and this continues to be its primary function. However, a number of academic institutions in other countries, as well as certain independent organizations, agencies, and foreign governments, have also found the test scores useful. The TOEFL test is recommended for students at the eleventh-grade level or above; the test content is considered too difficult for younger students.
