Many useful tips. Some of them are gender specific (female) which limited the utility for me.
Reviews
Out of the many books I've read regarding MS, this, by far, has proven to be the most helpful. Whether they are things found around the house or to-order, this book provides a wonderful wealth of resources to aid in living with not only MS but other conditions as well.
The extensiveness of addressing all the facets of coping daily is great. Whether it's personal care, traveling, getting dressed or simply opening a door, the tips are extremely helpful, affordable and achievable.
